Manager, IT Security

Responsible for assuring compliance policies, procedures and internal controls and executing the compliance duties and functions to ensure that such policies, procedures and internal controls are maintained throughout IT and across the UO business areas. This role is directly accountable for and provides direct oversight of all compliance related projects across all UO technology efforts as well as, global responsibilities for security management by ways of policy development, compliance, investigations and information protection.

Job Responsibilities :

This position will be responsible for managing IT Security for the organization. This position will also effectively manage, design, communicate, and provide training to all employees that are overseeing the implementation and testing of necessary controls throughout the company. This position will manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Information protection responsibilities will include network security architecture, network access and monitoring policies, employee education and awareness, and more.

Enterprise level responsibility for all regulatory mandates around data and information security by defining, training and implementing policies, standards, evaluations, roles and company awareness. Lead the development of and be the enterprise champion for a corporate security awareness training program. Work with other executives to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology.

Effectively manage, design, communicate and educate employees, implement, and test the controls in a complete and thorough compliance strategy. Define and implement an ongoing risk assessment program, which will identify and classify critical information assets, assess threats and vulnerabilities regarding those assets, and implement safeguard recommendations.

Responsible for the continuous monitoring and protection of information processing resources. Evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions. Evaluate changes to the environments for security impact and make appropriate decisions to correct risks.

Responsible for establishing and implementing the IT security strategy for the Organization. Responsible for managing and developing a team of security managers. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of all the IT security risk management processes within the organization; setting the roadmap and strategy for integrated security solutions that will ensure all proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected; and developing data security controls and strategies for the organization. Identifies risks to the Company, and advises senior management about risks to the business from the perspective of information security, privacy and compliance.

Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor�s degree from a four year college or university in: Prefer Business, Finance or MIS. Other: Knowledge of securities industry and compliance, experience with implementation of security policies in an IT Environment.

5+ Years: Experience in Information Security Management.

Develop architectural standards for program development and system design for UO IT function. This role is directly accountable for and provides direct oversight of all compliance related projects across all UO technology efforts, as well as global responsibilities for IT security management. The Director, Architecture and Security will lead a team of 10-12 IT professionals.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for all aspects of architecture technology initiatives within UO. This role will provide architectural direction for the existing enterprise systems, while providing direction in all technology related issues. Management and optimization of infrastructure assets. Developing and implementing technology roadmaps that improve the overall technology portfolio. Ability to design architect systems that deal with large volumes of data. Demonstrated ability to lead companies technology development and build product roadmaps by interpreting marketing and business tends. Inform, coach, and mentor others in emerging technologies and best practices.
Responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all the IT security risk management processes within the organization; enhancing the roadmap and strategy for integrated security solutions that will ensure all proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected; and continuing in the department�s development of data security controls and strategies. Responsible for directing compliance functions, especially as it relates to SOX, PCI, PPI and FACTA, and will keep management timely informed of the company�s compliance status. In joint effort with UO�s internal audit department, this position will also effectively manage, design, communicate, and provide training to all employees that are overseeing the implementation and testing of IT related necessary controls throughout the company.

10+ Years: Experience in Information Security Management and/or Auditing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS:
CISSP � Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Required)
CISA � Certified Information Systems Auditor (Preferred)
CCIE � Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (with focus on Security) (Preferred)
CCSP � Cisco Certified Security Professional (Preferred)
5 -7+ years experience with designing Enterprise N-Tier applications and ecommerce sites.
Experience with middleware tools such as WebSphere, MQ Series, Biztalk, etc.
Proven knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, and/or DB2 databases
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Exhibit strong leadership, project management, business process analysis skills
Ability to lead code reviews and technical design meetings.

Electronics/Electrical Technicians - Ride Maintenance

These full-time positions are responsible for all technical aspects of ride maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This entails logical and extensive analysis, referring to technical manuals, our technical library, and electronic data resources. Likewise, routine testing, verification, and calibration of electrical control systems will be performed. Technicians also use a systematic approach to scheduled inspections of ride vehicles and systems.

Qualified candidates:

Possess a high school diploma or GED (degree in electrical/electronics technology from a technical school preferred)
Possess 3 to 5 years experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electromechanical systems
Possess a valid Florida Driver License
Be able to work a 3rd shift schedule, both indoors and outdoors, and stand for long periods of time

Required skills include:

Troubleshooting of electrical control systems and an understanding of sensor technology
Knowledge of testing equipment and the ability to operate digital/analog circuitry, volt/amp meter, and chart recorder up to 480v
Familiar with use of variable frequency drives (both AC and DC)
Experience with PLC controllers and other logic-based devices
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blue prints and technical documentation
