SUMMARY: Responsible for completing sales transactions and offering a variety of Premium Products. Individuals are also responsible for providing service and support to both guests and internal partners while maintaining all Premium Services areas.


  • Uses suggestive sales techniques to process orders for various rental products to include, Cabanas, Premium Seating, Universal Express, towels and lockers while providing product information. Uses tablets to check in guests for reservations, assists guests with questions provide guest recovery.
  • Responsible for obtaining guests information for the sales agreement and following proper cash handling procedures during the sales transactions. Maintains accurate logs of rented or returned Premium Services items to ensure appropriate inventory levels. Responsible for escorting guests to their rented Cabanas and/or Premium Seating.
  • Maintains cleanliness of Concierge booths and sanitation of Cabanas & Premium Seating equipment, rental products and towels including the use of cleaning agents. Inspect and maintain inventory of all rental products, identify and report maintenance issues.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

  • Cash handling and operation of a cash register is required.

Consistent attendance is a job requirement.


  • High school degree or GED is required.


  • Year cash handling experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think on your feet.


While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:

  • Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) Standing for prolonged periods; Walking for prolonged periods (including ability to walk at a given pace that is predetermined by a moving sidewalk); Talking; Climb Stairs / Ladders; Balance; Reach, pull, push with hands and arms below head; Repeating motions more than twice per minute; Close vision with or without corrective lens. (clear vision at 20 inches or less); Distance Vision with or without corrective lens. (clear vision at 20 feet or more); Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); Depth Perception (vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships);Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus while in changing light conditions e.g., sunshine to indoor or dark conditions); Ability to maintain alertness and attentiveness up to 4 hours while working varying hours.
  • Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) Lifting up to 25-50 pounds with control; Pushing up to 25-50 pounds with control
  • Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) Sitting for prolonged periods; Hearing audible alarms, voice commands with background noise; Use of hands and fingers to grip, pinch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; Ability to work at heights for prolonged periods of time including heights with or without railings or over open pits greater than 4 feet; Ability to work in varied light conditions including low or diminished lighting


While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:

  • Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) Working on water attractions or yachts; Noise Level-Loud Noise (Noise when raised conversation is needed)
  • Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) will require the use of a motorized company vehicle or a leased or personal vehicle for company business; Will require a valid Florida state driver’s license.
