Operations Team Captains and Leads include: Attractions, Parking and Transportation, and Events. They are responsible for overseeing the operation, ensuring guest and Team Member safety, supporting management, positive guest interactions, capacity goals and maintain the daily labor budgets.
Merchandise Team Captains are responsible for revenue generation in store and venue locations, overseeing stock inventory, leading and training Team Members, ensuring guest service standards are met.
