As Universal Orlando Resort continues to grow with new experiences, our Guest Services Team continues to grow as well!  We are currently looking for talented individuals with a strong background in social media and a passion for guest services to fill roles such as; Assistant Manager, Supervisor, & Coordinator.

  Our Digital Communications Team is responsible for monitoring different social media platforms, identifying trends and encouraging guest engagement.  In these roles, you will be resolving guest concerns via social media, building reports based upon trends, and ensuring guests are all being responded to in a reasonable timeframe.
